Indirect counter-proposal to the glacier initiative

The National Council's Environment Committee is clearly in favour of an effective indirect counter-proposal to the glacier initiative. The goal of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 should become law, substantiated by interim targets and sectoral benchmarks.
