Information from the UREK-S

Last Friday, the UREK of the Council of States approved the Commission initiative 22.402 by Martin Bäumle was unanimously adopted. We are very pleased that the Commission also sees a need for action in this area and supports the proposed differentiated approach. The matter now goes back to the UREK-N for the drafting of a bill.
