On 6 January 2025, Pronovo published the Manual and other operating documents to the HKN system.
It describes the basic system and processes in the system and the procedure, particularly for the allocation of instruments. Chapter 8.10 (from p. 45) deals with cantonal regulations for heat generator replacement in the cantons of Zurich and Lucerne.
