On 22 April 2026, spring was still a little fresh, but at its best, when our members and guests gathered in front of the impressive backdrop of Schloss Laufen am Rheinfall for the 19th Industry Day.
The historic Rittersaal provided the perfect setting for encounters, new impetus and personal dialogue within the industry. Association President Ramon Werner opened the event with a warm speech, emphasising his personal ties to the city of Schaffhausen and its region.
The event once again demonstrated the strength and cohesion of our network in the industry and also provided valuable impetus for the future. The 2026 Annual General Meeting was then successfully held.
Here are a few impressions from the 19th AGM 2026 - Biofuels Switzerland
Die Generalversammlung 2026 konnte effizient und reibungslos durchgeführt werden. Sämtliche Traktanden wurden einstimmig angenommen.
Erfreulich ist die Wiederwahl von Ramon Werner, der einstimmig für weitere vier Jahre als Präsident bestätigt wurde.
Ein besonderer Höhepunkt der Versammlung war die Anwesenheit unseres Vorstandsmitglieds Pierre-André Page. Es erfüllt uns mit Stolz, dass sich der amtierende Nationalratspräsident – derzeit der höchste Repräsentant der Schweiz – Zeit für unseren Anlass genommen hat. Sein Engagement wurde mit wertschätzenden Worten und herzlichem Applaus gewürdigt.
Mit diesen erfreulichen Momenten fand die Generalversammlung 2026 ihren gelungenen Abschluss.
Im Anschluss ging der Anlass in den gemütlichen Teil über, bei dem der persönliche Austausch und das gesellige Beisammensein im Mittelpunkt standen.
A special highlight for the participants was the visit to the platform right next to the Rhine Falls: the stunning natural backdrop, the thundering sound of the water and the impressive view made this moment an unforgettable experience.
During the lunch that followed, the opportunity was taken to deepen discussions, make new contacts and further strengthen the network. The event slowly drew to a close in a lively and cordial atmosphere.
We bid farewell to our guests with many valuable impressions and thank them warmly for their participation and great commitment.
We are already looking forward to welcoming you again at the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
