Positive list BAZG eTS

Updated positive list is now called positive list BAZG eTS

The so-called "Positive List of the Directorate General of Customs (OZD)" now bears the official name Positive list BAZG eTS. This name change is accompanied by changes to the content:

In response to suggestions from the industry, new raw materials have been included and existing entries have been linguistically revised in order to reduce comprehension issues in practice.

The following positions have been newly created or concretised:

• Technical maize oil from the dry grinding process
• Milk containing antibioticswhich is not authorised for human or animal consumption
• Permeatelisted separately and with a valid industry confirmation as Industrial surplus classifiable
• Residues from dietary sugar productionalso classifiable with confirmation from the relevant industry association
